What is the importance for me as an owner to receive a copy of body corporate documents?
- Owners are encouraged to review the documents they have paid for to educate themselves regarding the issues at hand in order to make an informed decision when voting at a General Meeting

- A common complaint by owners is that they are entitled to receive a copy of documents they paid for as part of the Body Corporate collective, but are not getting it.

Are you Entitled to Receive a Copy of A Body Corporate Record?
- All interested persons may obtain copies of Body Corporate Records as per the Act and Regulation in Force
- For Broadwater Towers, the relevant Regulation is the Body Corporate and Community Management (Standard Module) Regulation 2020 (Regulation)
